No one believes that if he did something that didn’t work that you wouldn’t be the first on his case about it.
And you’re still wrong. And you obviously don’t yourself know you aren’t because you haven’t even attempted to support your opinion.
Trust me, changing things drastically often just makes whatever you tried to make better…worse. I knew a coach that went from being a defense-first coach that ran a lot of sets to feature his best player immediately to running “The System” (the real one from Grinnell, not the fake one someone tried to cite here). The team set a school record for points per game that still stands. It was the worst season in the last 100+ years of basketball at the school. After two more years of the nonsense, he was fired.
Maybe that’s what you want. Something to use as rope to hang the coach you irrationally hate. Something so obvious it couldn’t be ignored.
I don’t think that’s going to happen.
