I liked the last iteration of Bucky, but I’m open to change. He looks a lot better on video than in the photos.

I think the new Bucky’s perpetually bewildered look is hilarious. There’s gonna be a great shot of Bucky under the basket on a runaway dunk someday with his frozen “oh wow!” look, and it’ll be perfect.
I’m ultimately agnostic about losing Bicep Bucky for Bewildered Bucky. I think both are fine vintages that will terrify three year-old Broncos for years to come.
The 3 year old fans may be terrified but many adult fans will be swooning over the hypnotic gaze from New Bucky’s Bombay Sapphire blue eyes.
But I’ll always prefer Bukky Bronco.
You prefer a mascot that fouls out of many games?
I prefer a mascot that looks like it will beat the crap out of all other mascots. I just find it odd that we reveal a new mascot at the END of the season?
Also, why bother having a mascot when we don’t use the Bronco anywhere else? Shouldn’t the mascot be a one-dimensional SC? Like a Flat Stanley?

I believe they were trying to time it with the NCAA tournament game to give it some national buzz, which would have had a longer runway if a certain last second shot didn’t bank in…
