Proud to say I and the other KSCU broadcasters would come much better prepared for discussing our opponents and worked hard to remain mostly impartial. These announcers are not fun to listen to.

Mahi is a terrible ball handler. Feel like he turns it over 50%+ of the time.

Sash strikes me as a guy who is so desperate to prove he deserves minutes that he keeps making bad plays and taking bad shots.

Similarly, Thierry needs to show that he can be a steady role player in college before he tries to be an “it-guy” previous/future pro.

SCU is desperately missing Ensminger in many areas, but the front court rebounding is clearly not what it was without Jake in there. It’s clear now that so much of the rebounding stats were inflated because even if Jake didn’t pull it in, he made it a lot easier for whatever Bronco ultimately did.

It’s games like this that further reinforce the thought that refs favor the home team, especially in good home environments like this. People can’t make unbiased decisions when tens of thousands of other people are screaming at them.

This loss isn’t on the officials. New Mexico has more juice tonight. They are quicker to the glass, getting great penetration and good pressure defense. The altitude is more of a factor. Broncos are out of gas.
The Lobos have all the juice. Broncos have dehydrated Gatorade powder.
