Buckets- True. And Drew more or less has celebrity status in Spokane as an elite college player but also because he has a big personality, outgoing/gregarious guy, generally a good interview. That all played in to sizable NIL contracts (I’ve heard anywhere from $100 to $200k+) with biggest, local Native Amer. casino, Northern Quest. Timme’s commercial are pretty funny and well produced. Now has several national level promotional agreements in place…think I heard Dollar Shave Club as an example.
And supposedly he’s a frugal kid, has barely spent any of the hundreds of thousands he made this past year…no gold chains or sports cars. If he spends two more seasons at GU and continues to be frugal then he starts his post-GU life at 23 with $2M+ in the bank…pretty good head start on most people regardless of what happens with whatever pro career that follows.

Yeah, I saw this yesterday as well - the rich get richer.

Zags have fully reloaded.

Another season of domination of the WCC coming at us.

I thought the same, buckets. The Zags looked a bit shaky there for a sec (at least compared to their usual). Shaky no more.

Seikou started his career at LMU under Dunlap…full circle back to the WCC.
12+ pts, 3 assists, 40%+ from 3 the past 2 seasons as a full time starter for Weber State.
Another solid get for Lavin.

WCC transfer and recruiting news:

Zeke Richards’ little brother, Makai is transferring to Pacific, 6-10 forward, spent is frosh year at Eastern Washington.

USD landed a incoming frosh (2022) recruit, Emmanuel Callas, a wing from Greece. Verbal Commits shows USD at 15 scholarships for next season, 2 over the limit, so there’s either already been some unreported departures or some guys will be leaving.
