Although he was clearly hunting it after the game was decided, Podz kept the Dubs in the game with 30 points on 15 shots. Since March 1, he’s been averaging 18 points, shooting 40% from three and 83% from the line before last night, when he was 9/10. The Steph injury forced Podz to improve his game and I think it’s slowed him down ( in a good way) on the floor. He’s improved his chances for an extension.
